This peaceful and simple yoga pose for everyone strengthens the back and abdominal muscles and makes the spine more flexible.

It is a wonderfully relaxing exercise to help you come to rest from time to time during the day or in the evening. Exercised in the morning it gets us going and slowly helps the body gain momentum.
